I had an amazing experince with Cherie and her business Lizard Fitness. She was extremely inviting allowing support and courage when I wanted to work towards a goal. She listened to me where I was able to get the best out of my session, feeling amazing afterwards. Lizard Fitness is really worth the try!

Cherie is a fun, energetic and encouraging personal trainer. She's created a welcoming, friendly and inclusive gym where everyone is encouraged to do their best with no judgements. She has a very friendly group of clients who always warmly welcome newbies. The classes are always different keeping you moving and motivated. I highly recommend Lizard Fitness for anyone of any fitness level.
