Liz is excellent at diagnosing the cause of the pain/problem and how to treat each issue I have had. Her deep tissue work always brings much relief to my pain and stress, and cessation of the issue.
I have been seeing Liz long-term and she has been an absolute Godsend!! She always take her time to really listen and find out about the issues I'm currently seeking treatment for. Then she customizes her treatments so I can experience the most relief. It's a testament to her skill & caring that she's always able to release all my stored-up tension!! And an absolute pleasure to deal with - so healing and well-being focused in her approach!
