I want to start off by saying. I do NOT like to leave reviews. I am really big on customer service & pleasing customers!!! Got pedi done on July 2nd and was very disappointed on my service and attitude that I the customer received!! After my pedi was done I asked my nail tech for a pair of there flip-flops. And she refused to give me a pair!!!! When I got home took off my nikes and my two big toes was messed up!! Called manger. Went back and that's when I received bad attitude. It bothers me to do this since it’s not in my nature to write a bad review. I hardly leave reviews, but I felt I had to in this case. Let me first start by saying the lady did a nice job on my pedicure. I do not live here permanently and was looking for a place to do my nails before I went on my vacation. I got the deluxe package for a manicure and a pedicure. The cost $110. Three days later I noticed that my nails were already moving up from the bed of the nails. Tina was amazing!! I got exactly what I wanted and she was so nice even the other girls that were in the salon working there were great and they weren't even doing my nails. I recommend 10 out of 10!!
