Not blaming the salon but the nail tech who did my nails could not shape nails at all, the shape & length of my nails were so uneven - I had to stop the service. The salon manager(?)/owner(?) looked over and agreed they were uneven and offered to switch out the technician- but now my natural nails are soo mismatched. My pedicure was fine. I paid full price and tipped 20% but such a disappointing first impression.
I came in with my friend and we both received excellent service. My nail technician was very welcoming and professional. Everything looked sanitized and clean. Incredible attention to detail and she took the time to make sure every nail was perfect. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, the nails look flawless, feel durable, and are exactly what I envisioned. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back.
love love love this nail salon!! i’ve been coming here for a while now and always ask for zoey (but all the other nail techs are great too) my nails always come out so perfect and the price is super great too. would definitely recommend coming here!
