Very unprofessional. They charge $75 for an application fee and do not even call or email with a decision. Lynn was the “realtor” . Literally had to call 4 days straight just for them to say denied due to no rental history but had a 700 credit score. It’s feeling like discrimination at this point.

Lynne Sheppard won! She was my realtor (agent). She walked me through the process- step by step. She is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and hard working.
