People are nice enough but I don’t feel like I got the full treatment as online shows. While I will not go back (as I plan to never do this again) I’d recommend the White Room in Lebanon. I think they care more about a sale rather than the person. This was just not the vibe.
I never even made it to my appointment due to the communication beforehand. After sharing my budget, I was told they didn’t have anything in that range and was redirected to a separate sale appointment on a different day. While I appreciate the transparency, the interaction felt very transactional and not at all welcoming. Taryn made my bridal appointment so so special. She took time walking with me to select dresses to try on, make sure I wasn’t rushed and focused on me. She was very kind and made sure this process went smooth and didn’t leave out a detail. Liz Leigh worked with my budget and assured me I could be on a budget and still love what I wore for my wedding day. I felt like a true princess! Thank you for all you do!

Kelly was so helpful and thoughtful! She found the perfect dress for me and really has a gift for making the bride’s vision come true. This was the first place I went dress shopping, and it was a very easy yes.
