My recent visit to the jewelry and watch store was a mixed experience. While the lady assisting us was friendly and professional, I encountered some issues with the watch repair service. There seemed to be misunderstandings about the repair process, and the repairman’s attitude was not as accommodating as I had hoped. there is man that repairs watches there that gives very bad service and was commenting about my wife in a rude way.
