Took my sons citizen watch to be repaired and was told that it had been sent back and the crystal was on backorder. I got suspicious due to the fact in took over a month to get it back and called citizen. After citizen had no record of the watch being there I called the jeweler and was told he had it under a different name and then behind that told me he never sent it in after a month and a half. I dont like being lied to when dealing with valuables and especially my sons. I would not do business with this guy.
Very professional, Easily located with a knowledgeable staff. Beautiful jewelry and repair work.
