I highly recommend Liz Davis Therapy Group Practice! Liz is a wonderfully empathetic, compassionate person and an excellent Marriage and Family Therapist. She makes it a priority to hold space for others in a supportive and nonjudgmental way, and brings in other therapists to the group practice who exude those same values. Liz Davis Therapy is such great resource to have here in Kansas City!
Liz is the best therapist I've ever seen. She's an active listener and has provided valuable insights and tools to help me work through whatever issues I'm facing. Additionally, she does a great job of challenging me (in a good way), when needed. She's flexible with scheduling and her office is warm and inviting. If you're looking for a new therapist, I highly recommend Liz.
Liz is by far the best therapist I’ve ever encountered. She offers empathy, understanding and remembered almost everything we spoke of in previous sessions. I did a lot of work on my own and she helped me to implement things I was learning on my own into our sessions. She offers sessions over the phone or in person. Liz connected with me nearly immediately and after each session I’ve come away feeling like I know what I need to work on. She’s a superb communicator and gets right to the point. Liz is warm and makes her session a bit of a respite for the press of trying times. I honestly couldn’t give Liz a higher recommendation! I’m so glad I found her. She’s literally making my life better.
I’ve been going to Liz for about a year and some change now. I can say she’s definitely helped/helping me through my depression and stress since losing my mother in 2022. For me Liz has been a safe space to express how I really feel.
