Here at Lix, we sell real frozen custard, not that soft serve junk. We have a lot of toppings and specialties to choose from to make the perfect treat just for you. And our custard slingers are fast and friendly. Our shop is clean and we have inside and outside seating with a drive thru too. We have locations in Farmington, since 2004, and our newest location in Desloge.

This is the best custard I have ever had! The place is always super clean and the employees are the best. I tell everyone about Lix.
The custard we've never had an issue with. My issue is with the misinformation of open hours on your Facebook page compared to the information that you have on your doors of your locations. Now have a mad girlfriend on my hands thank you for that.
Custard:AMAZING. Customer service:AWFUL. If the custard wasn't so good I would've quit going a long time ago. You should really teach your employees that good customer service goes a long, long ways. Your customers are the ones that pay your bills, remember. Some of the worst customer service I've experienced has been here. What happened to just basic politeness?

Can you please let me know if this happened at Farmington or Desloge? I have NO tolerance for poor customer service. I appreciate you making me aware of this. Also, can you tell me exactly what time you were there and if you don't mind, giving me specifics (not smiling, not saying thank you, etc...) Was it both employees, or one in particular? Okay custard for the small area that it's located. I've had much better elsewhere related to price comparison. Service and cleanliness is fantastic, location is perfect, but custard selection is mediocre.
You're employee's should learn how to ask and listen. Don't assume when you order 2 large specialties that they want it as a shake. We wanted 2 dish and instead was given 2 shakes. We didn't realize this until we got home. If we wanted shakes we would have said shakes. We asked for dish!
