sk I was new to the area and didn't do my research. 1) I went to Dr. Stoyka 2) I was there for over two (2) hrs, before she saw me. 3) I had my whole family scheduled to go the following week. 4) I left the office, feeling as if I needed a shower. 5) I cancelled any and all future appointments for my family and I. 6) I must have a communication problem, because everything that I "thought" the staff told me was incorrect reagrding insurance payments. 7) The BBB rates this "operation" an F . Great office visit I am very afraid of dental work, but the office environment was so relaxing, I almost forgot I was at the dentist office. Not only was the doctor nice and very understanding, her office staff was very friendly. Definitely worth a trip to her office for anyone looking for reasonable fees and a nice environment!
do not go ! The "good reviews" on here her staff put on here. Every DENTIST in the Bradenton Sarasota knows of CRAZY Livy Stoyka. She is a miserable person who should be in a psych ward. She hurts people intentionally by throwing them out of her office or treating them poorly. She has the worst reputation around. She thinks she is a doctor and a business woman but she is neither. She is not a person of her word, she is a coward and a bipolar idiot! Stay away from this "dentist" she will ruin your teeth
Thumbs Up Office What a great doctor! She was so pleasant and sweet! Really loved her! Office staff was very nice and knew all about what my insurance covered and what I would need to pay. Really appreciated being told up front. Thanks Dr. Stoyka - you're the BEST!!!

Health care pro When I called to make the appointment for my daughter, I should have not even showed up due to the rude demeanor of the the front desk person Donna. She was unprofessional and short with me on the phone when I inquired about the procedures. I am so sorry I BOTHERED her at her job. When my daughter and I were there. Dr Stoyka was rude and short with us as well. She took a quick look at my daughter who was very scared and upset and she had NO Bedside manners. She is RUDE and NASTY as ever. AWESOME! Really happy with my new dentist! Office was clean and the staff was super nice! Feel like I received great care!
Not good To be fair, and to add, Dr. Stoyka was very nice, as was the dental hygienist; however, the receptionists acting in a Hitler like way, perhaps might be indicative of the whole office being poisoned.
