I felt that Dr. Loo and her staff were thorough, courteous, and prompt. They did a great job regarding replacement of a crown.

Dental work is quality, however, customer service is inconsistent. If you call and they don't answer, they will send you a text asking for you to message them and they will get back to you. 11 days have gone by and no response at all. Again, the dental works is quality, but the consistency of their customer service is not where it needs to be. Dentist is also very pleasant, so I don't enjoy writing this, but when I contact them TRYING to spend thousands in dental work (outside of insurance) and they don't respond, it's disap... read more
