I was just in there today and my budtender was amazing. great customer service and amazing hospitality. his hair was beautiful and so were his eyes btw 🤗
I've only been to the location on Evans, but I love it! Every budtender we've had is knowledgeable and friendly. If they don't know an answer, they try to figure it out. And they don't try to over-sell you like a lot of dispensaries do. They'll recommend add-ons without making you feel forced & THAT is great customer service to me. LivWell even had a computer/billing error with one of my purchases. I notified them & they responded IMMEDIATELY to help take care of the situation.
