I have a put in a 1 million dollar deposit for 1 of the homes here at Livv and my overall experience with them has been a nightmare. Had I known that most of their team were this incompetent, I would have NEVER purchased a home here. If you are looking to buy a home with LIVV, I would think twice. Be very careful...... They are not refunding substantial earnest money deposit from changed deal from what they originally presented...... In my opinion very sketchy company.
Great company delivers on their promises. Home built in 9 month. No gimmick
