I was a Michigan resident and was trying to store my property while I was re-locating to another State. I found Livonia Self Storage thru the Yellow Pages on-line and was treated famously. The prices quoted over the phone were exactly what I got when I arrived there with my rental truck and my storage unit was clean and as promised. The lady in charge (her name was Carol) treated me as well as any business ever has. I was treated first class by the owner and assured of any doubts I had prior to storing all my furniture while awating my condo to be ready. They literally bent over backwards to work with me in what was a last minute emergency. The personal touch I received was second to none and the rates were better than most of the storage companies I was able to check on. The storage facility is clean and well maintained. Definitely a refreshing experience
as good a any storage place.
