One of the guys there was removing my acrylics and he had my nails sit in acetone way too long now I have acetone burn on my fingers & nails! He also kept watching tik toks instead of doing my nails correctly. Then once he was “finished” my hands were dry and I asked if I could have lotion and he said no. Very very poor service and I’m never coming back to this nail shop!
I was there yesterday. My nails look better now than before I went in, but...the vestibule was all leaves, 1st clue. The tub for feet was filthy! They did put plastic liner in it, or I would have left. He did the lotion, worst job I've ever had. Then we went to do the Mani. Omg! I could feel the finger nail dust! Gross 🤢 it wasn't wiped down.
Bubbles on the polish. Color is weird. Looks horrible. I called the manager and she said their machine does not credit back!!! Really? I will never go there again. I went there to prepare for a wedding. Never again.
Terrible! My manicure is awful. I asked for the polish to be cleaned up around my cuticles and he said he couldn’t see it. Cleaned up 1 nail. Toe ends show nail so Polish will be chipping off in no time. Waste of time and money! My daughter had her nails dipped and her gal did a terrible job. Rushed, powder went on thick and uneven. 24 hours later….this pedicure looks like hello. Bubbles, sloppy, dry skin not buffed off. Bummed
