Registration was not busy. Simple and easy check in. I was called into the back for my procedure very quick. Very personable staff.
I've been a patient at Trinity Health Michigan (THM) for years. My wonderful therapist received another opportunity and referred my to Dr. Saroog. Totally disappointing. I called the office and spoke to the receptionist, whom was great. I was informed I had a grace period for 15 minutes, I arrived 1 minute prior to my appt ending. I was very impressed when it took only 15 minutes from the time I left my car to the time I returned to my car to get my blood drawn for tests. This includes registration, sitting in waiting room, getting blood drawn. Very happy with this quick experience!!!
People have choices for health care. The very morning I read that the CDC is dropping masking and 6 feet of separation guidelines I get scolded to wear a mask when I come into your facility. The silliness has to stop.
