I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist at this office. I called to schedule an appointment with a new GYN doctor and spoke with an unfriendly receptionist who gave me the available dates. I booked an appointment over the phone, but later checked the MyChart app and found an earlier date that worked better for me, so I scheduled it there. I’ve NEVER had an experience in the medical field like I had today. I arrived 30-40 minutes PRIOR to my scheduled appointment, waited 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to ask when would I be seen and was told I was next. I was pulled back into the room 10 minutes after that and sat with no services provided for an additional 20 minutes. Registration was not busy. Simple and easy check in. I was called into the back for my procedure very quick. Very personable staff.
I've been a patient at Trinity Health Michigan (THM) for years. My wonderful therapist received another opportunity and referred my to Dr. Saroog. Totally disappointing. I called the office and spoke to the receptionist, whom was great. I was informed I had a grace period for 15 minutes, I arrived 1 minute prior to my appt ending.
