LivLux sold our old home just as the pandemic started and no one knew what was going to happen, the first buyer bailed out, and livlux was able to find us another buyer immediately. Sean is an amazing agent. I've worked with him for years on various projects. He worked with my daughter to find her first condo and was so precise at finding out her needs vs wants to get things within her price range. Although she didn't end up buying at that time, she will be in the future and Sean will be the person she calls. Sean is the best! He listened to what I was looking for, and gave me suggestions of houses I never would have considered going through the MLS on my own… but I ended up buying one of the houses he suggested! I guess he knew what I was looking for better than I did! He’s experienced and has knowledge of all the neighborhoods, making my move from Chicago easier. If you need a real estate agent, or just have questions, he’s your guy!
