Would give negative stars if i could. Literally one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional doctors(mainly the lady at front desk) I have EVER encountered. I am a Stay at home mom with two baby girls, I have been clean for over 5 years with 3 doctors to vouch for me. My current doctor decided to close her practice (5 Years of clean tests with her) and so I was left to find a new doctor. I am writing to express my disappointment with the rude and disrespectful treatment a loved one received during a time when she genuinely needed assistance. The way she was spoken to and the lack of basic courtesy were completely unacceptable. Wish I could give less than zero stars. Again totally unacceptable, period end of story.
Ty is a wonderful NP so much so that I follow her from practice to practice for care. She is realistic with her expectations of medications and takes the time to listen to your concerns while providing adequate resolutions.
Excellent practice. Good hours, and very helpful practicioners.
