Bought a couch from here. I was explicit as to what couch I wanted. The owner came with a different couch, it was a futon. He had carried it by himself up the stairs, assembled it and when he was done, he told me “this is a better version than the couch you wanted it turns into a bed.” I told him, “yes but it’s not comfortable.” He said “it’s because it’s new, I had to give it some time.” it’s been 5 months now since buying this couch. Dont even waste time going to that shop The staff dont even know to communicate with the customer . Even they dont provide the receipt to claim the warranty.

Terrible customer service. Get mad when you change your mind and won't refund amount. Then called back later with anger to boast of their products and how stupid customers are to decide to buy a big brand product. Never should buy staff fro.them..
