For several years Dr. Delange was the only neurologist accepting patients in Flagstaff. Having MS, I was a patient of his for many years. At my annual appointment, after the MA took my BP and temp, he would come in and ask me how I was doing. My answer, as with many of my generation, was usually of the variety of okay, fine, or good, as my MS is pretty stable. I would tell him if I needed any RX refills. 4 years ago I had back surgery with Dr Ritland. It was the best thing I ever did!! My surgery was at 11am & by 9 pm I was up & sitting in a chair in my hospital room watching tv! And I didn’t need pain meds! And I have been pain free ever since! I cannot recommend Dr Ritland enough! And his staff his absolutely incredible!
She listens, is thoughtful and conservative in recommendations. I had both and endo and a colonoscopy and she was thoroughly professional and I heartily recommend her in a world where doctors don't have the time to listen.
I helped my boyfriend get an appointment at Saint Charles because I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences there until today. Dr. Yee was incredibly condescending and rude. Disregarded anything that we had to say. And my partner was explaining something traumatic that it happened to him and Dr. Yee cut him off and asked us to go finish filling out paperwork in the waiting room. I haven't seen Dr. Arthur as a patient for probably 25 years; however, I worked closely with him in hospital for 17 years and found his approach to medicine exceptional. He stays on top of his profession, listens to suggestions as well as hx and patient outcomes are excellent.

Had a bad disk between C6 and C7 impinging on spinal cord causing tremendous referred pain to right shoulder. Dr. Ritland operated on me and I had no further pain. Only needed a little Physical Therapy later after the operation. This was like a miracle after months of shoulder pain. I recommend him and his assistant PA-C Hinger to highest degree!

I saw Dr Arthur 2 times before Covid.He was filling in for Dr. Smith. I was totally at ease with him from the start, (I have white coat fever). I couldn't change over to him because He and Dr. Smith were in the same office. When Dr. Smith left, I had to wait 9 months for an apt., I was totally at ease with Dr. Arthur. I trust my gut.
