Hope at Livingstone made everything easy for me from start to finish! I have lived here twice and both times the apartment was exactly what I needed!
I Live at the place right now I’ve been here for the last four or five years. I would have to say it is not a bad place to live few things in the beginning that need to work on, but since I’ve been working with the one lady in the office hope she’s amazing, she will get to the point of the issues and make sure that everything is fixed properly and will check up afterwards to make sure that everything is still good I wish there was more workers like her she Goes above and beyond
Short Review: Live somewhere else or be prepared to hire a lawyer to escape abysmal living conditions. You can find a much better place in the area that won't cost you your health, sanity, and well-being. Long Review: The buildings are infested with roaches (multiple kinds) and have a mouse problem, though didn't personally see mice. Pest control came twice in a month for mice we didn't call about. The roaches crawl in through cracks in the front door, and they're often too tiny to seal out (which we tried to do). The apar... read more
The apartment itself isn’t bad, but if you have to interact with Stuart in the office, watch out. He was extremely rude to me and sarcastic! I had maintenance contact me because the apartment below is having an issue with water coming down their walls and I’m trying to get maintenance here to fix the issue! Why Stuart felt the need to attack me on why I can’t see any visible leak in my place is beyond me! I just want maintenance to come handle the problem!!! Me and my brother moved in here in August 12 2019. We were told they didn’t have to do much to the apartment but as soon as we came in there were problems. Started with our room doors not locking, the tub drains (even when you stop it even using a stopper still drains), then came the pest problem. All in the same month of us moving in. You have to call the office at the other property for them to answer and at that you have to hound them if you wanna speak to someone in the office and not someone else.
