I was lucky enough to live at Livingston Terrace Apartments for more than three years, and honestly, it truly felt like home. The community is quiet, green, family-friendly, and very peaceful. Lived here for over three years and genuinely love it. The residents are respectful, considerate, and follow community guidelines, which creates a pleasant living environment. Management is outstanding—responsive, efficient, and proactive in addressing questions, resolving issues, and completing repairs promptly. I cannot speak highly enough of the entire staff, especially Ana, the property manager, who is not only highly professional but also kind, thoughtful, and approachable. I'm a resident at Martin Gerber Apartments across the street from the Livingston apartments. On any given night very loud annoying music is played into all hours of the night coming from a resident of the Livingston apartments, causing unrest to tesidents across the street in the Martin Gerber apartments. It is unfortunate as the surrounding neighbors have a respect for one another. It seems the the management of this complex has no enforceable rules for their tenants regarding late night loud music

I lived at the Livingston Terrace for a year and had an overall positive experience. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, and the property is well maintained.The management team and groundskeeping responded quickly to requests and were very helpful with any issues that arose. Parking was sometimes an issue to find when coming back late at night since it is first come first serve but there was ample street parking around.
