She messed up on my taxes. Under-reported by a significant amount even though I had emailed her the correct information. I have asked her to fix this multiple times and, after we first talked about the error, the only response I am getting is from the IRS saying I owe a huge amount. And because she isnt addressing this the balance owed is increasing. Jacque is nowhere to be found. I expected more professionalism & accountability from a tax accountant. Very knowledgeable, experience, and a friendly staff. I got back 3x the money I was hoping for ( the honest way) due programs they brought to my attention. I also got my return faster when other had to wait 6 month for theirs last year. I was skeptical at first (as always ) but not anymore. They also do Trust and mortgages to my surprise but they are never pushy.
