I recently had my reception there, and honestly the tenants of the building were rude to my guests. Management had people sitting outside the reception doors monitoring us and also badgering people. I received many complaints about the staff & tenants disrespectful behavior and choices of words. (Cursing) My Guests stayed inside until the end. I the groom and my wife stayed to help clean up.
