Based on reviews and recommendations I went to see Livy at Livingston Physical Therapy. With a thorough evaluation Livy prepared a plan of action to address my conditions. Both she and Laurie helped me tremendously. Through their stretching and movement routine I am more flexible and my sciatica pain is gone. The personal care and attention is fantastic.
