I don't normally leave reviews, but what the actual hell. If you want to call 15 times, have a 10 minute hold time every single time, for it to stop having you on hold and ring for 5-10 minutes straight while your sick 3 month old is screaming infront of you, this is the clinic for you!!!! Good luck actually getting someone on the phone though. When you go in? Place is dead. You see maybe 1 or 2 other patients. Otherwise, staff is great when you can actually get an appointment.
Ms Danielle is an excellent medical provider who is patient compassionate and caring.
I have taken both of my sons here, they absolutely adore Danielle at the Cleveland location. She listens to what I say, she does NOT push vaccines on you even if she recommends them, I also can get in anytime needed/same day. I would not take my children elsewhere. - PS she gave me goodies for my baby without even asking but just simply listening to our conversations! 🥺 Thanks, Danielle! You’re Wonderful!
