The lady at the front desk is always in a bad attitude. I’m not sure if she does not like her job but she should be professional and not be immature.
I've been with them for years they are going down took my 14 month for appt cause she was so sick they didn't even check her to see if anything was wrong with her they said she's ok its a virus didn't check her or give her anything took her to another doctor in Humble she had a bad infection they checked everything on her she ended up needing a antibiotic now she is feeling so much better. Do better Cleveland Pediatric. Yall lost long time patient from yall not doing your job right!!
Called at 4:50pm to schedule appointments for my children and they already have their after-hours message playing. Office hours end at 5pm. Fix the hours online to reflect your actual hours or stay clocked in until the posted time. Not a good first impression...
Slowest office I’ve ever been to. Also why even make an appointment if they’re going make you wait an hr to see you anyway.
