My daughter has been dealing with this company for months now. Bill has been sent to collection, but after phone calls and letters nothing has been accomplished. Even her insurance company couldn’t get through to them. Looking for medical records regarding this procedure, but obviously she has no access to them and is getting nowhere! They don’t even answer their phone. Very frustrating to say the least and why doctors use this business for pathology purposes is beyond me.
I got a text from this place about an outstanding bill. I’ve never been to this place. Never heard of this place before this text. I’m trying to get a hold of their billing department, but all you can do is leave a message.
Another review for their poor billing practices, or rather...lack there of. Got a bill from a collection agency, yet never received any communication from Livingston Pathology...no bill, no call, no email...nothing. I contacted the collection agency and determined that they billed my old insurance. The really interesting thing is, had Livingston Pathology contacted me at any time, we could have determined that they billed my old insurance (like two years old). Never ever sent a bill but sent a bill to debt collection! How can you say we never paid you when you never mailed, emailed etc us a bill?? Just terrible.
You sent wrong bills for a lot of people they did not even visit your place before
