I want to highlight a serious privacy concern during my recent visits. When ever I asked for STD and HIV testings, the staff member & a Caucasian lady who draws blood in the lab room loudly announced my request in the open area where others could hear. This felt disrespectful and violated my right to medical privacy. Confidentiality is critical in healthcare, and I expect all staff to handle sensitive information discreetly. This is my second appt in which I had to walk out on my first I sat and waited to my surprise 2 hour wait and then today my appt was at 10:15 I wasn’t sent back until 11:02 and I waited so long I had to go to the bathroom i finish in the bathroom and go back to my room to find another lady in the room I was in sitting in the chair getting checked ! I love Dr. Livingston’s professionalism for the care of his patients and his staff are awesome. My last two children were delivered by him in 2010 and 2022. I have been going to him since 2009. His care for my health has been superb before, during, and after my pregnancy. I don’t want to go to anyone else but him.
