worst company to live in... love to raise your rent but tries to take you out apt if not paid on time
This management company is just the worst. Told me I could break my lease as it was doing THEM a favor by being able to renovate my unit. Three weeks before my scheduled move, they tell me I can no longer break my lease without penalty and must wait until the end of the following month. I then have to endure loud construction, yelling and banging for 5 weeks while I was working from home, deal with a dirty lobby right outside my door and have chewed gum, cigarettes, gloves and pieces of wood from the construction workers fal... read more
The is a terrible company. They are unprofessional, untrustworthy, and they lack integrity. Do not hire them!
Terrible experience. They won't help with any issues you have, they'll withhold your security deposit, and you can't even speak to somebody in charge when you need help. Oh, and the building super was arrested for stealing from people's apartments. A joke of a company. Do not engage with them!!!
