Went there to purchase idler pulley for gravely zero turn mower. 4 persons behind counter ignored me. was waited on by 2 very young high school aged girls. first they pulled a spidle pulley, then said the pulley i needed wasn't in stock. have had similar issues on previous visits. this is a large and nice store with hundreds of in-stock mowers, etc.. it's a shame the parts people dont know their parts.
Down to earth friendly people.
