Where should I start. I like Livingston Lawn & Garden. I have purchased items from this business many times, and I like their products. I walked in last month, and I asked if they can replace a pull rope on Briggs and Stratton generator? The employee stated, "Let me go check.". The employee came back and told me that they are only accepting Yamahas and another different brand today. I didn't even have the generator with me.
