Received a speeding ticket several months ago, Mr Livingston took my case , worked the system, CDL License so it was very important, and eventually got my case resolved as in acquitted, thanks Mr Livingston
He was rude. Ain’t no way he apart of that legal plan under MetLife.
I was referred to this attorney through Hyatt MetLife legal services. He was absolutely rude. Made me feel like I was bothering him. Told me I had 2 minutes to get my husband on the phone for a conference call. I told him I thought we had an appointment and should I reschedule; then he changed his tune, slightly. Maybe having a bad day but I had a phone appointment and if I hadn’t of called they would not have called me. David was very thorough, prompt and professional with enough warmth to put me at ease!!! I recommend him to anyone. Thank you for getting my case dismissed!!!!! Wooohoooo!!! I have a CDL and got a speeding ticket, I came from out of state to be present in court with Mr. Livingston. I also pay for the TVC to protect my CDL Mr. Livingston was more than worth his cost and I would pay him as a personal representative.
