This company does not know what they are doing. They used to be my old company's freight broker and one time they sent our OBL to carrier late which caused very big problem. It definitely was Livingston's mistake and they asked our company to pay demurrage. Also they agreed to do service at $$$ but every single invoices they over charged $10 more.
