Amy was fabulous today! Kind and personable. She really worked to help me hear better with my aides. She asked questions and tried new ways of understanding how I was hearing. Simple ways actually. She listened to me which lead her to try different avenues thereby helping to hear better and more comfortably in different environments. I am hearing better and more clearly!
Bryan was wonderful. He fixed my hearing aid where it wasn’t working. Cleaned it and it works great.
