We have purchased our fuel oil from Mike, for several years, now our son is using them as well. Mike and Kelly are always very friendly and accommodating.
I've been using Livingston Fuels for over 20 years now. I've never had an issue with them being responsive and courteous. The only time there was any problem with them not putting oil into the tank was when they were asking to replace the fill/vent lines with metal instead of plastic. The request makes sense because if plastic breaks in the cellar, they wouldn't know until it's too late and then it's a liability on them in our highly litigious society.
