I wish you could rate the doctor separately from the administration. You can't call them, only text. You will wait a half hour to an hour almost always. The DRs are great and super nice. Dr =5*
My experience with Dr. Nervi has been nothing short of frustrating. While He is a fantastic doctor, a very competent and knowledgeable professional, the administrative side of his practice is a nightmare. First of all, it took me a staggering two months to secure an appointment. Yes, TWO MONTHS! This level of unavailability is unacceptable for any medical professional, regardless of their skill.
