Today I had to go back to Dr Schachtel to have a molar pulled. So many friends had different experiences- I should’ve just shut up & not told anyone. I was a nervous wreck! So I arrived five minutes early, called office - then wait in parking lot- someone came out immediately- took my temperature and then brought me in through the front door and immediately into an exam room. I have been a patient of Dr. Schachtel's for 10 years and I am always impressed with his staff and the pleasant experience I have each and every visit. The team is dedicated to serving the patient and consistently goes above and beyond. The well-appointed office and patient rooms w/ Verizon Fios TV allow me to focus my time away from cleanings, etc.
