Female medic was great. Very professional. The male medic was pathetic. I wouldn’t let him around my dog. He acted like I was a total inconvenience. I could have left the house on my own in less pain. He was heartless and unprofessional.
Stop pawing off calls to other agencies mutual aid and do your own calls!
My husband, Peter, recently passed away. In the past 2 years we called on your services, I'm guessing, 5 times. Each time your crew was professional and compassionate. I thank each and every one of you!
Just how important it is for first response in saving lives. Accessing each case day in and day out. The team was at the Luke Bryan concert, with that massive amount of people. The staff was amazing. Huge shout out to David G for being a kind human First responders...
It makes me sad to post this because I have great respect for our first responders. On Friday 9/5/25 I suffered a fall in my home and had to call 911. Two young women responded and tried to talk me out of going to the ER. I am 6' 5" and weigh 319lbs. These women told me that the ER was only going to give me a pamphlet about visiting nurse.
