I needed help with very low sugar and my son called EMS. They were promptly here along with the fire department. Both medics were very professional and caring. They saved my life. Since then I have been to my doctor and new amounts of insulin were given. I found out that at 80 I was not using it properly for low sugar. I want to say thanks for their great help and knowledge. This past weekend my family had need of the LC EMS and for the 1st time in 10+ yrs of needing their services I am very unhappy. Rude and indifferent to say the least! Never has a crew treated the person in need so poorly. I will be contacting management!
