Horrible service. I waited 40 minutes for them to just tell me that the doctor was not going to be in. I saw the manager telling other patients since I first got there so I don’t know why they waited so long to tell me. Will not be coming back here.
Not well organized, majority of the time they dont know how to advice you on proper care or timing regarding appointments they never have availability for seen patients at all, who ever is in charge of this clinic needs training, worse clinic ever.
I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic, specifically with Dr. Agnes Nyeck. I went in for a follow-up appointment hoping to discuss my concerns and understand what other options were available to me. Instead of feeling heard, I felt dismissed. Dr. Nyeck raised her voice at me and repeatedly asked, “What do you want me to do, Olympia?” I was simply asking questions and trying to advocate for my health. Terrible experience. The doctors don't care to actually listen to you or your concerns. I would never recommend anyone to come here unless you have no other option. They should tell you everything you need to know about this "clinic".
Absolutely horrible service. Would not recommend at all. They constantly close way before the actually closing hours and have unplanned “meetings” without any kind of warning, resulting in a total schedule mess up on multiple different days. This is a professional medical facility, you’d think they would have some sort of basic standards on patient care and expectations. They do not.
