For Audio tests this place is ok but for seeing what you need for hearing aids or to try out or get prices and decide then what you want forget it this place will give you a hard time for trying to use insurance, yes the system was down for my insurance when I went and with this I have reached out more than three times to get answers in several ways after the system was down and prior to that I also tried email they don't answer you phone call or email, it's been two days and no answer highly annoying. Friendly efficient staff, Livingston has been named Best Hearing Aid Center on the Border by El Paso Times. My new Edge hearing aids have settings for hearing in a restaurant, in a crowd and in front of the TV with just a tap, plus volume control and ability to stream podcasts. They can be programmed for a particular gym class so your coach’s individual voice can be heard. No batteries needed - they are rechargeable. The audiologist spent a long time with me to see what would be best for me.
