The staff was very kind and helpful. I felt like I was in very experienced hands. I am enjoying my devices. It’s my second day. First day was 6 hours and was disappointed when the batteries went dead. Second day I had to remember how to insert them but I finally got it. After about 8 hours my right ear canal got real sore but I took the one out for about 40 minutes, put it back in, and it’s been ok the rest of the day.
