Very competent, thorough, and striving to achieve the very best results for their clients.
My husband got a new IPhone and we were unable to connect his hearing aids. We normally go to Athens but the lady was unable to do it for us… BUT she made us an appointment in Tyler on S Broadway and we drove 45 minutes to get there. Brittany and Bradley were awesome.. Bradley had my husband’s hearing aids updated and connected to his hearing aids in less than 5 minutes!!! We will certainly use them again or any location !! Thank you Livingston and Bradley!!!
I made appointment with Dr. Jonathan Herd but was put with his assistant. Not happy about that.
