Friendly, always helpful, excellent service
Professional, caring and friendly from getting an appointment, through detailed hearing analysis, to check out. Cleaned and checked the hearing aids. Set up a new feature on cell phone for additional control. Very helpful. We are extremely pleased with the whole process as well as the results.
They have always been available and willing to find solutions to issues i have for them. Staff are always frindly,willing and capable finding solutions.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Katherine is the best. Jennifer is awesome as well
The staff is great! Very patient and helpful. I am not totally please with the devices as issues have arose. They always take good care of them but uncertain about the devise itself?
