I was called back at 3:00...my appointment time. My ears were checked. My complaints of the volume was too high was corrected. I have 2, loud, Amazon parrots and a husband who needs hearing aids more than me. The TV volume is always high by bed time. My hearing aids volume were turned down and the birds and TV volume is more bearable. I'm very happy with Livingston Hearing Aid Center.
Kathryn remains fantastic in caring for my hearing needs to include hearing aids and my treatment. Her staff is great as well.
The entire staff was very nice and their level of customer service is wonderful.
