Very friendly helpful attentive and most of all a Professional they were great
The customer service was not acceptable the hearing aid was not ready when promised the next time we had to wait for the person helping us to arrive. Then the charger was not working and I have been calling every day leaving messages for a call back to discuss it and as yet a week later no call back
I would like to thank the Staff. At Miracle Ear in cedar Hill, Tx for being a great group of people that are attentive and helpful. Mrs. Sheryl Moore, really made it easy for my visit and helped me to get everything I needed done in a very timely manner. Thank you for your service and professionalism!!!
