Mrs. Jennifer and her Staff are So Warm and Friendly they don't make you feel like they are just doing their job. They make you feel like they Really REALLY Care about you and your Concerns. I recently got my hearing Aids and Mrs Jennifer Answered ALL my questions she didn't make me smile stupid for asking her anything. She answered and Explained Everything to.me. She made my experience with her very Pleasant. I would recommend her to The World. We are. VERY SATISFIED WITH HER
Laura reviewed my file with me. Conducted a tone test since it had been several years since the last one. My hearing change. She adjusted my hearing aids to accommodate my current situation. Much better. Laura was very personable. Does a great job. I enjoy coming to her to take care of my auditory needs.

They are so caring of their patients. They always make sure that we are ok with the final outcome and if we are not, they work on doing their very best to make sure when we leave that they have done everything possible to put that smile on our face.
