Went in for regular aid maintenance. I said need to turn the volume up on the right aid. Laura said let's do a new tone test. It had changed, so she reprogram my aid. Great service.

I recently got my hearing Aids and Mrs Laura Answered ALL my questions she didn't make me feel stupid for asking her anything. She answered and Explained Everything to.me. She made my experience with her very Pleasant. I would recommend her to The World. We are. VERY SATISFIED WITH HER

Laura reviewed my file with me. Conducted a tone test since it had been several years since the last one. My hearing change. She adjusted my hearing aids to accommodate my current situation. Much better. Laura was very personable. Does a great job. I enjoy coming to her to take care of my auditory needs.
