Dr Carroll made our experience extraordinary. She took her time with us, thoroughly explained every part of our hearing tests, and precisely tuned our hearing aids to settings we did not know were there. She is a breath of fresh air to this location and we hope she stays there.

The doctors were GREAT!! They were very knowledgeable and professional. They were furthermore empathetic and did the best they could to come up with a solution for my particular hearing problem. In addition, they had wonderful personalities, which made it very comfortable and fun to go see them!! Have you ever encountered a doctor who was good at what he or she did but could not smile and make you enjoy being there if his or her life depended on it???!!!
Best experience ever I thought I was going deaf, but the educated me how to properly take care of my ears!
