Although I know nothing about the apartments themselves, currently the property is being managed by Gorsuch Realty. The person to whom Gorsuch has put in charge of the property illegally enters people's apartments at her whim. They are currently in trouble for snooping about a deceased woman's apartment without proper notification to the woman's emergency contact.
