I had a concern and asked to speak with management. Catherine their manager was pleasant and accommodating. She was able to comfort me and my concerns. I was nervous at first because of the changes with the hospital and ongoing concerns by the livingston community but I feel their attention to my specific needs were above and beyond.
VERY COOPERATIVE ,FRIENDLY
The place looks so much nicer since Dr Weiner left. The staff has changed, but they are all very nice and caring. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager when I had a question about a bill. She was very helpful and a lovely young lady. From the doctors, staff and manager this hospital is great. My pets and I are very happy here.
The place is not the same without Dr. Weiner. They ha e a new manager, that is clueless to running a local business. They have created a corporate setting and now following with added costs, but have lost that family feeling for our pets. Follwing Dr. Weiner to American Animal Hospital in Randolph. Easy decision!
i was given a 514.00 bill with no warning. they way over charge from other vets and charged me 200 for routine tests and never told me how much they would be. They already took the blood and stool so I was stuck....need a new vet...when i saw Dr. Weiner a year ago he was great! The new staff not so much. I am teacher...i cant afford this!!
