Porch Conversions has the worst customer service possible. 4-6 week lead times are a joke. Over 3 months now and can't even get an update on when my project will ship. I can understand being short on staffing, but your choice to not even update me shows me how little you care about the problem.
Signed contract to have this sunroom built in December of 2021. Today is November 22, 2022 and still not done yet!! Waiting for months on now the 3rd set of French doors! The first 2 were sent incorrectly and pretty poor quality! Biggest mistake going with this company!! They never even respond to you! Try and call them yourself before you sign with this company. They don't care about you!!!
In the process of having one of these sunrooms installed. A little frustrated with our builders though and wondering if someone from Living Spaces can reach out to us to let us know if things are being assembled correctly?
So frustrated with this company and our sunroom install!! Our sunroom was supposed to be completed this past April! Didn't get delivery of it until May and they sent the wrong French doors and have been waiting to date for the right doors. They are in no rush to make their customer happy. Today we discovered a puddle on the subfloor of the existing structure after a rainfall last night. We're totally regretting this sunroom project and this company!
