Courtney works behind the desk, all the years I've been coming to this location and always felt a negative vibe from her. Today she charged my debit card over $204 for my appointment when we have blue cross blue shield insurance. My neurology app cost $28 after insurance. I will never go back as long as she is there
I had a very troubling experience with Alyssa. Medication was pushed almost immediately, with little to no thorough evaluation or meaningful discussion of non-medication options. As a parent, I was deeply uncomfortable with how quickly drugs were suggested for a child, especially when I did not feel the concerns fully justified medication. I felt dismissed when I raised questions and did not feel my child’s best interests were the priority.
