This is the worst thing that's ever happened to me. I placed a large order of polo shirts for my son and received a worn, used M polo shirt, when all the ones I've bought are XL. I recommend that parents double-check their orders; they seem to be used to this practice.
Took a entire month to get school shirts. School already started.You have to constantly show up just to check if your shirts are ready because they don't answer the phone and won't even call you to update you on them.The East Hartford location is even worst. Will never come here again .
Terrible service. I have an order for 13 days and I walk in to see if it’s ready and the lady only looks at the paper with out looking in the back and tells me no it’s not ready WITHOUT LOOKING IN THE BACK AT LEAST and it’s for school !!!! NEVER AGAIN I WILL COME HERE….THEY SHOULD SEE WHO THEY HAVE WORKING AT FRONT BEFORE PUTTING THEM THERE BECAUSE ITS A TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Communication is the worst. Ordered online, didn’t get the uniform. Can’t get a refund. All they do is give me the run around.
I have nothing but the best to say about this uniform shop. They are affordable and timely. We use them as a school vendor and have had an amazing experience. I highly recommend.
